Coaching from a holistic approach begins with you. You are at the center. There are two foundational components that surround you, Mindful Awareness and Community. These two components are connected to the six core areas of a person’s health and well-being. This makes the Wheel of Health.

To achieve optimal health it is important that these six areas are in alignment. If even one of the areas is not balanced with the others, it directly impacts another area.

    By introducing movement into your life, you will feel fit, balanced, strong, and even happy.

  • nutrition and lifestyle

    Choices in nutrition and lifestyle directly influence our body’s healing process.

  • fulfillment and purpose

    Feeling fulfilled makes life feel more meaningful and joyful, and when you reflect on your strengths you can develop a better understanding of your purpose.

  • mental and emotional well-being

    Strong mental and emotional well-being allows you to easily adapt to stress, be active in your community, and prevent illness.

  • sleep and rest

    Quality sleep is essential for our body to reach optimal health. It’s the designated time for our body to heal, repair, and prepare for the next day.

  • physical environment

    Every aspect of your physical space influences your health. From your home to your workplace, these spaces impact you physically and emotionally.
